Certified Reseller Partner Program
The Certified Reseller Partner Program, involving our Reseller Partner Contract, contemplates a more active relationship with regular volume and although while not required, sub-contracted Service Contracts. In addition, intelliNet commits to SLA Response Times, Additional Discounts, optional “Your Company” Branding of our Service Contracts, our Technicians representing themselves as Your Company, utilization of our inventories for Advance Warranty Parts Exchanges and, a host of administrative conveniences. These include Technical Knowledge Base Use, Call Statistics Reporting, Web Service Call Pledging and optionally available Level 1 Help-Desk Call Handling & Service-Desk Dispatch.
